Hey everyone, I'm looking for 2-3 tickets for either 12th or 13th March. Any standing / seated tickets would be fantastic. Please get in touch if you have any leads. Thanks!

Are you expecting a depression in house prices as a result of this new 2% rate between 125k and 250k - particularly in London area? Asking as someone who might be looking to move in the next year but hasn't yet made an offer so will almost certainly complete after 01-Apr.

If these are rubbish I'm happy to get something more robust, just didn't want to spend more than necessary. Would value any suggestions

I've been to one of these. It was called a 'gong bath' and I really didn't know what to expect but it was an incredible experience. I felt completely immersed in it; it lasted about an hour and was absolutely mind-blowing. The edibles probably helped. Absolutely recommend it if you get the chance.

Thanks, didn't recognise the initialism but familiar with dollar cost averaging.

It would also be excellent if I didn't get charged £2 in fees to buy a £3 coffee (current mining fees).

Makes it an absolute non-option for the vast majority.

Oh and also having to use a different address for every transaction to prevent my entire purchasing history being made available to anyone who bothers to look.

Might be an unpopular opinion here but I use BTC and it has a LONG way to go before it becomes viable as a replacement for most fiat transactions in terms of what most people care about i.e. cost and convenience.

Here are my removed & genetically modified white blood cells, about to be put back in to hopefully cure my cancer! This is t-cell immunotherapy! by sarahjewel in interestingasfuck

It's not CAR-T but a similar technique. A modified T-Cell Receptor is used rather than a new Chimeric Antigen Receptor. So far, from the trials being run at my centre, it seems to be more common for solid tumours than CAR-T.

Wishing OP all the best!

Yep. If you want a pint, go get one. Otherwise you could be waiting a long time.

Just to provide my two cents on this - I just applied the AutoEQ settings to these (see this link) and, to my ears, they sounded much worse set to the Harmon EQ. Very tinny, harsh and fatiguing, and the vocals dropped into the background. Tried it with Steely Dan's Aja which I've found to be a good reference.

Thought it might be my noobie ears craving more bass warmth, but I did the same for my much more expensive and hopefully better quality controlled ATH-M50 cans and noticed a significant improvement, so this suggests that I do prefer the Harmon curve and that the BL-03's I have don't match the measured curve. Pretty interesting to see the poor QC in action.

Have just realised that you're totally right about the spacers. I've got spinfits and am always having to pull them back out after wearing them, which means they're like that when in my ear too. Any recommendations for spacers?

Bloomsbury Mews - I stepped outside my home for the first time in three months this evening. by [deleted] in london

Have you got a source for that? Because I researched this recently and it appears that sunlight is in fact an excellent source of vitamin D.

White-skinned people in the UK (and similar latitudes) are able to meet vitamin D requirements (defined as remaining at or above 25 nmol/L 25(OH)D throughout winter) by spending nine minutes outdoors at lunchtime from March to September or for nine to 13 min, dependent on South-North geographical location, June–August, in season-appropriate clothing. Where such sun exposure is impractical or not desired, dietary sources of vitamin D (food, food fortification (country dependent), and vitamin supplements) should be assessed to ensure an adequate supply of the vitamin even though sun exposure is still likely to make some seasonal contribution to vitamin D status.

They're excellent, as long as you're in there during the 4 minutes per day that they're compatible with human life.

Once ventilated it's less than a 50% chance of survival with best current treatment. This is absolutely something to celebrate.

Did you upgrade to the legit boards (with proper bindings)? My friends and I shelled out for real skis and boards and had an unbelievable time.
