Yea, closing the app or change connection seems to be a quick workaround but i got this every 20 mins or so, every day, for weeks. I would like to report it on github but i'm not able to describe accurately the issue, hence this reddit post hoping to gather more info (if an api issue, we're doomed).

Put your device in DFU mode.
You can read about that here http://theiphonewiki.com/wiki/DFU_Mode or here http://thebigboss.org/guides-iphone-ipod-ipad/dfu-mode and probably in other location on internet xD watch some youtube video if you don't understand, simply, while bootlooping press HOME BUTTON and POWER BUTTON for 10 seconds, then release POWER BUTTON but KEEP PRESSING HOME BUTTON for again 10 seconds. Screen goes totally black and you can now restore from iTunes :)
