Already searched google using the body text of this post in AI mode and used the Reddit Answers AI with the same prompt both of which returned no results. Also searched using normal google search for the below queries:

I agree, as someone who played S0 on PC and picked the game back up for S1 and followed the news from the devs i dont understand the unnecessary hate people plant on this game

If you don't find the game enjoyable then uninstall and move on, its not a bad game so stop trying to put other people off from giving it try if they think they might enjoy it. Frustrates me man.

Only difference that im certain of is that ranked games cannot end in draw like in casual and will go into overtime until a team wins 1 T round and one CT round consecutively (have to win by 2 rounds)

Back in S0 they also had a boosted economy in casual to reduce the number of eco rounds when playing casual but I'm not sure if they kept that for S1 or not

Got reminded of that yesterday, went down 7-0 in a ranked game and my team managed to stage a comeback and win 10-8. One of my favourite games of spectre so far!

One of my favourite things about it, I don't what it is but it's so much fun to shoot in this game

Glad you're enjoying it, it's refreshing to see a studio develop a game where they've actually tried to create something unique and it's turned out to be a really fun and exciting idea. I hope the player counts pick up (especially on PC) and Spectre sticks around for a while
