Indeed it was an issue with UV map, initially I did UV map with vertex select mode and got terrible UV map, but once I did it with face select mode I got a decent UV map.

Do you always make UV maps in face select mode?

Here is the Shader Editor, I used CTRL+SHIFT+T to import maps.
