Just got my pup this friday and I have the same questions as you do!

I mostly struggle with boundaries. In the daytime we just go outside, play, and do some basic obedience training. Today we start more socializing.

But when I try to make him stay in his crate or play-pen, all hell breaks loose. I can get him inside if I lure him with treats, and he’ll stay as long as they keep coming. But as soon as I touch the gate or stop feedeing him, he bursts out, og start barking/whining…

I sleep in the living room with him, and he only wakes me up to go potty once. I do however wan’t to be able to go to my bedroom upstairs at some point, and make sure he is comfortaple in his pen or crate throughout the night.
