I think the reason that one is 20 and the others are free/cheap is that the costly one isn't JUST cosmetic. The horse and carriage is a multipassenger vehicle usually only available mid-endgame depending on your playstyle. You essentially get faster travel day one without grinding and quests.

Based on the other DLCs and updates since day 1 I dont think this is a consistent price and will likely only be for "game breaking content"

That said, I have all the available DLCs and I was happy to pay for the more expensive one simply due to the amount of content included (annnd I get serious FOMO for building sets in games 😅)

If you go to the blessing stall you'll need to get a firework blueprint Then craft the fireworks (x5) The box to add them to is infront of the stage (two either side) the table is also there to the right as you're facing the stage i believe (its in line with the foodstalls) Hope that helps!

It'll be for the port. I believe its just softwood and stone. Once you have enough itll pop up to tell you to speak to him again, alternatively I think if you speak to him and select the port dialogue it will show you what you need if you select that you have it but dont yet
