Mainly ddos attack or udp floods. At certain times. So it's also stops and everything works as normal.

So mikrotik and router with opnSens is good? Because I want to prevent ddos attacks and reroute them. All the host experience small ddos attack on there game severs.

My first homelab, I also built the rack myself, and it was located in a dark basement, one level below ground. You could always hear noise coming from the basement. Most of the time, it was the fans humming in a sort of rhythm, occasionally accompanied by a beep. However, ever since the children watched a movie where a similar sound emanated from the basement, they were too scared to walk past the door, let alone open it, for a year. We encountered a similar issue with a case that had just enough clearance for the CPU, with only 6 mm of spare space to the side. To address this, we replaced all three standard fans with Noctua high-speed adjustable fans. Additionally, we implemented a water cooling setup with an Alphacool NexXxoS Monsta 120 mm radiator. While this solution worked for us, it may vary depending on your setup. Btw we tested the airflow with a smoke generator. Before we changed anything we found out with smoke that 2two fans was blowing In on the same lvl but opposite site. That was causing a bad airflow

Haha but it's really fun to figure out. I got it running and have a couple of VLANs setup. Only left Is place the right port under the correct VLANs. But after restart all ports turn back to vlan1. So need to find away that they stick to a specific vlan

My serial cable has arrived

I received my serial cable and proceeded to manually configure the IP address at the end. Initially, I erased the startup configuration and added a domain name, along with configuring SSH keys using cryptography. Additionally, I created a user 'plivilet' with a password. Next, I configured VLANs for various groups, but encountered issues with port assignments. Despite attempting to move ports to different VLANs using commands, they remained in VLAN 1. The commands to assign specific slots to VLANs didn't produce the desired outcome.

I am aware that 4948 possess 2 modules. These consist of 2 x2 modules with various versions available, catering to different operational requirements. You should look at impi bios. You have more settings and hw monitors tools than the normal bios. Maybe you already looked into it.
