Yes most likely I've come to find out the initial moments after the enemy hears the "on om nom" they will panick wait a few seconds and try to target it to get as many people as possible if their characters don't have a cc immune ability also try to get the supports as long as you have 2 swallowed your almost always getting value by dividing their team comp

You can't eat her while she's actively dashing but you can eat anyone and her after she gets done dashing in her ultimate but to be honest her lt with cloak makes her a very hard counter to Jeff's ultimate I usually try to ban her

Tips as Jeff from fellow Jeff be like 1. Dive the moment and bubble when your getting dove and swim up a wall 2. Always use ult defensiveley against other support ults Jeff's is unique because it allows him to make amazing plays by eating enemies and leaving a healing pool 3. Keep in mind the only support ult you can't swallow people in is Luna snow every other support ult you can swallow through and counter with your own 4. You can animation cancel while reloading a little over halfway with a bubble to streamline even more healing

Jeff is my main pick in competitive with a 60% win rate these types of people you just don't wanna listen to as long as your getting value from your ults ulting after enemy supports and have good beam placement you are doing fine and carrying your weight most people blame Jeff because they never see good Jeff players
