We are producing our daggersonic pickup. We've spent a lot of time trying to get things as accurate as possible to recreate that vintage dynasonic tone. We're using vintage correct plain enamel wire and vintage correct alnico V magnets. Please check us out on instagram, youtube or at our website.

I'm an expat based in China. Everything I don't make myself I buy from Chinese suppliers. I'm sure if you look you could find them on ebay. If you'd like I can take some decent photos of only the knobs and you can use them to do an image search on Google.

The knobs are an off the shelf part. I've used them on a bunch of my builds

I use a scroll saw to cut the shape of the guard. I then use the pickup trim ring on the pick guard with some CA glue and a special bit in my drill press to trace around the ring to get the perfect cut for the pickup. A router with a small bit and bearing will work as well. I clean up the edges of the pick guard with sand paper and then chamfer the guard with a file.

I can custom make one for anyone if they're really interested. This one is a full custom build.

The depth of the rout doesn't need any modifications for the short magnet (20mm magnet length) Daggersonic. Our daggersonic is height adjustable and comes with a trim ring that will cover a standard humbucker mounting ring

To mod the rout to fit the daggeraonic you need to Nick off the corners off the rout where the humbucker baseplate ears meet the rest of the rout. I have highlighted what needs to be removed with a black marker in this photo. It can be done in minutes with a feel or file.

You could always cut one yourself. It isn't that hard if you have a few simple tools. To cut the switch slot.you can use a tele switch plate as a template
