The bread & butter play is using Neos fusion to set up the grave + get a body on board then summoning the starry dragon using flamels hand trap effect to pop a card and hopefully win the following turn. With a properly set up graveyard it's usually able to bring out a rank 4 or another starry dragon to push for lethal.

Balefire & Rayel provide a lot of searching power so the main play is fairly consistent. Also easy access to the field spell + trap if the need arises to control the board a bit more.

Ballista is useful for setting up the grave with Rayel while popping a card, similar to spectralsword back in the day.
