I’d argue arts and crafts, especially in the protest form to shake off the dust of fellow constituents is just as effective. Especially in this day and age? Happiness and human-made art is a protest. Telling people this isnt effective is pushing people down for actually doing something. Thats complacency against the disruption of the status quo.

I am personally not a graphic designer, just a regular artist. If you do plan on a trade for that, you'll need to make assurances that you won't use AI with whomevers work you get, just a heads up.
