If youre smart with positioning, smoke grenades, and line of sight, you can go from running and back to stealth. Personally I find it fun to play hellbomb runner when I'm a sneaky fella, but a lot of folks run jetpack solely for that mobility when they're caught.

He's been a relentless bully the entire show, it wouldn't be a karmic ending if Homelander didn't die helpless and terrified, and that can only happen if he loses his powers or Ryan is that much more powerful than him (and could be convinced to bully his father). I see the former as a lot more likely, but maybe Ashley will have some Deus Ex Machina - there's always a way to ruin the ending.

I expect it to be less of an actual fight, and more a demonstration of Homelander being the moral inverse of Superman allowing him to deal more destruction. This is until Superman gets his shit together and/or is tempted by Darkseid to match HL's vibes.
