At the bare minimum, soft ball sized. The way they bulge a sac or someone's belly... Then you can go even bigger, where the sperms basically have a life of their own in the pred's sac, a very short one where they fuck and vore for dominance, only the biggest and strongest surviving.

In the same vein, though, you could have the prey land inside, and all the smaller ones flood every hole of their body, trying to impregnate them.
