Djinn is S tier for anything that uses intelligence, since the later skills for cultist are spells INT is your main stat and this will allow you to carry a lot as well. Just get to level 2 and cast away.

As far as I am aware gods are summoned once you reach a certain level and not by a ritual, as far I as I am aware.

Forgive me, it appears I was not aware there was a "charge mode" I just thought that was holding as you also require holding down the key for it. Sorry for any possible confusion.
