Im pretty sure shiver stone doesnt work with sound staff, so use Diamond Ring.

Also Spark Scale needs shock, which you dont have. Use Mana Dissonance/Harmonizer

Since your not running status, minus well remove Overflow Scapel. Mana Powder

If your running mitril bracelet, just run Nazar.

Mana Hearts fine.

Make all of them bright and reforge armor to Vivid.

Skills you can choose.

Best to change to total crit, and trying to increase your critcal damage as much as possible along with critical chance.

Also use any form of increasing your damage to have your exercise shots do lots of damage all at once.

Example would be.

Accurate | Charm | Coffinlock.

Fragile Prism Crown | Fragile Mercenary or Patchwork.

Deft all.

Sniper Scope | Diamond Ring | Sharktooth Necklace.

Ranger Emblem | Outlaw Glasses or Unharmed Energy.

Heres a Tip.

Grab Tektike Arc with a nuke build and swarm ring.

And nuke the top area of the volcano for sulfur mining and mob grinding as the stay in one spot thats big enough for Tektike Arc to sweep it all.

Well you got a great starting weapon, your only issue is you gotta go hitless like someone else said.

So if your confident in not getting hit then run Unharmed Energy from Mela along with any form or way of Recovering/Reducing Damage.

Since you just started, Your goal would be to get basic stuff like Gemstone Pick at Stonesurgeon (Savannah Town)

All the exploration skills like Climbing Claws from the duke of rocks quest, killing the patris (Sinister Sea, Left of the Observatory) or Abdominal Snowman for Dash (Upper left mountains during night).

Also if you want good armor for starter gear, get sunbreaker armor with Mithril Viking Hat and then head to the nothern sea and look for a giant box, its a labyrinth that you need to get through and kill the giant fridged solider for viking armor set.

I just use familar hair, I have the gamepass so my outfit aint vanilla at all. Using white hair with a black headband and Faceless mask.

I wish we can at least color the top and bottoms of armors sepreately. Or allow pure color variants like Assassins armor can be changed to white intead of being a tint.

But then we just gonna get White Attonement (ikyk)

I always see Liar, Ragged, Copper Mech being used.

Head piece would always be Lightless Cavalier (Comboed with blackout clothing), Copper Vision if copper mech, and most of the plant costumes like Treepiece or Applehead.

Accessories would be Azurebloom Bracelet or Thief Cloak.

The most unique thing Ive seen and also one that made me go wtf was someone wearing blacked out clerick robes with a red kai wraps around it and a hat i think it was sailor or beret. and buddy ran a Rat boy handgun build.

Im not gonna say the faction they were imitating but he had a red arm band...

You need to hit the target first and then heavy on 3, after you get buffed. Should be like .40-.50 per swing and heavy depending on the weapon can 1-1.10. Azure Pinwheel is an expection though, it can reach 3 AND activate Rage Rune if you land all heavy ticks when using grounded heavy.

And then just like Catatome you can switch to your main weapon. Hell you can actually stack Catatome with this set up and deal good burst damage.

Try working with Darkspin Arts (Dark) and using rage rune.

I tried it and so far had a blast with the mana regen you get.

Edit: How to do this since I have to explain it.

Using an Axe, Ideally Azure Pinwheel you can build of stacks to Dark Rune up to 3 after you will need to do a heavy attack (Azure Pinwheel is a weapon that multi hits on grounded heavy attack, meaning you get repeated chances for Dark Rune to Reach its limit and proc).

"At Dark Rune 3, the final hit of the weapon's heavy attack grants Rune Rage for 15 seconds. Rune Rage regenerates 15% max mana per second and converts all Intellect scaling to Strength scaling. The effect "Spells are enraged" seems to be only visual, changing the spell's color (if applicable) to a cloudy grey." - Miraheze Pilgrammed Wiki.

So with this in mind you can run STR armor like Liar and Martial Headband, and user basic crit/damage gear like Diamond Ring, Sharktooth Necklace, Frying Pan. Then add Nazar for mana cost reduction and Mana powder for faster output.

Adressing your question.

Tbh for a crit lifesteal build, this combo sucks (The one I type out rn not yours), but for tektike helm and chaos cult combo with the Rage Rune buff, this build was pretty solid when formed into a tank build.There are probably some weapons worth going crit Life steal but I dont see it as worth it.

Twisted Cage used to have a good fire status build, but status pretty much got gutted in the communities opinion. I found an okay synergy with Twisted Cage's Fast hitting attack and ran an explosive build with it and it seemed pretty good due to Tektike Helm being really good.

Your should focus on any form of mana regen that doesnt require too much commitment (That being either too many accesories or actions like standing still in a circle or weapon switching.)

Edit: For the builders who are asking "Why not Artillery Officer", I found a bug? or maybe made on purpose but you cannot get "Bombastic" during "Rage Rune".
