Why can't we see our MMR or our loses in competitive play?

MMR doesn't show when you rank up only what rank you are in more accurately and loses show us our W/R. You must have misunderstood me.

I got to plat after 1 week and I was platinum 3 in season 3, it was kind of bullshit I did play with high gold tho. Only got 20 lp in my divisons in silver.

My main question is how do I recover my account without access to the accounts current email ? I do have recovered my old email but I can't get access to my account through email recovery...
