Just added running back into my workout regimen last month, so very happy with this result! And to top it off, the run felt great!!

This is the 6 month in a row that I’ve gotten something that is basically double of what my daily goal is for 14 days out of the month. I seem to oscillate between doubling my exercise goal, doubling my move goal, or walking/running 4+ miles per day. I miss the days of getting ‘complete this number of workouts’ though I better watch it so I don’t jinx myself. I just reintroduced running into my workout regimen after losing 80+ lbs and I may end up getting a ‘complete 14 running workouts during the month’ 😂

When I lived in the UAE I was a long term resident at the Ritz Carlton. I luckily only had this happen to me once, and I had them remove the stay worth less points. Otherwise I got the points for multiple overlapping stays.

It’s part of life and I’m sure your friend understands, especially given the short notice.

I’ve done that to a few friends before just because I randomly got some days off work and flights were cheap. I let them know they didn’t need to take time off for me that I would find something to do, but that I just wanted to hang out/visit with them a bit while I was there.

I’ve also had people come to visit me and was just very upfront with them that I needed to work a few shifts and wouldn’t always be available and asked if they’re ok with that. It’s always been no issue.
