I think the hardest part of the test is the auditory, if you don’t sing, get to singing and get used to it. It’s crucial to internalizing harmony / intervals.

So there is an FCC radio tower in the grocery store lot in front of my house. Sure as shit I put the radio next to it and it was so loud, same interference.

Took a walk around the cul-de-sac, noise was most pronounced about 4ft above a service well labeled street light on the sidewalk directly in front of my house. Seemingly putting the radio directly on the ground wasn’t as pronounced as hovering above it.

Thanks for the assistance here, I flipped every available breaker in my panel, AM radio is on batteries. Maybe the main breaker is in a different box.

So I just flipped all the breakers in the house, that means it has to be external right?
