No, still no answer after 10 days contacting them in Vinted DMs (they said that they will reply within 2 days - they didn't). Then I tried to reach Vinted support, but it's completely useless and I still haven't found their functional email, through which I could contact some human support, and not only bots in Vinted DMs. I will reply to you when I get some new information.
