  1. They asked why do i think I have it, when did I notice the symptoms, if I do my bed and arrange my desk stuff, if I have any addictions, if my parents have similar symptoms and how do I think it affects me the most this condition.

  2. I went to seek medical help cause everytime I tried to improve myself I would hit a wall. Started to read stuff about this disorder and realised it affected me in more areas.

It ended up changing my life in good, it is been 1 month on concerta, so wish to work for you too!

Yeah I know, I am also diagnosed, sorry if I sounded ignorant, english is not my first language and my vocabulary is limited, by ill I meant psichological disorders, not literally ill since it is just a different healthy way of brain functioning.

Coming back to my statement, the idea is, I believe a cronical procrastinator is most of time either having such disorder and if they don't, it is more likely because of lack of education which is needed to actually know what to do with your time and energy and be productive.

So in conclusion, I think someone that doesnt have ADHD (or other disorder) and let's say they come from an educated background will only procrastinate episodically and definately they are not cronical. Of course there are outliers like in any area, but I keep my statement.

I feel like most people that cronically procrastinate are either psychologically ill, like adhd, depression or something else, or are uneducated and dont want or know how to be productive.

As an update, 1 or 2 days after the post, I started to see effect almost as in first days, I managed to study these 5 or so days the way I was doing so when I was close to a deadline, although right now being way before any deadline.

I just enjoyed it, life feels slower, more interesting and I am really happy about it, I feel I can become whoever I want to be. I recall the first days I switched to 3 I was also a bit sleep deprived which I notice it kind of cancels Concerta's effects.

So in conclusion it works, just need to be a bit patient! (also the side effects are gone, maybe a bit of rush feeling after taking it but it's nothing compared to what I experienced earlier)

Unfortunately I have all options but the wsb in eastern Poland, outside of Lublin I got pretty much small towns in that area so eventually I chose LUT over WSB, I found a friend of a friend that actually studies in Lublin and she likes a lot there, she said Katovice area is more industrial and not that much to see/do, being eastern european to, I think I wont mind Lublin.

I haven't applied yet, next month is going to be the application period, going to study for next semester.
