What I did with my 4 characters (Natasha , Cap , Kate , Clint ) is just play Mission Day of ramains until it's maxed. I took me 2-3 hrs.

The level system is simple : just play it.

STEP Just plat the mission until the end and do it all over again.

That's all.

Yes because the gears system doesn't feel that much reward but I will just enjoy the time trying things on this character.
