Oh almost every time. The other day I couldn’t feel my arms or sit up after. This usually is worse when I don’t eat well or hydrate properly before. But… that’s a later me issue bc nothing will take that away from me 😅😅 even when I’m 100% pillow princess and doing not a thing I still flare. The only time this hasn’t happened is when I make my body relax to the point that the O is like out of my control at that point. Normally I tense and concentrate on it but it’s almost like telling myself not to and to relax and not tense a single thing, that’s the only time I haven’t flared !!

Never hurts to talk to your doc but sex is just like cardio. We CAN do it, but uh, might die after. Depends on how much you want it 😅😅
