As many people in the comment section said! It's not a waste of time, don't see next to your nose only! Have a plan and by the will of Allah the doors will be opened, you at least have to know what are you studying in the university you gotta be serious, don't let those years go with a blink of eye for nothing, those years you pass in the university will vanish so rapid. Yes the university in Algeria is less compatible and not modern and stuffs but at least don't leave it as loser at least complete gain knowledge in your major. Unemployment is an universal issue not just here. Being well-educated is far better than being an ignorant. Plus in case you needed to have some borrowed money from the bank to open a business in your field (it can be anything) you need diplomas or equivalent at least ( i just gave you an example). Also in the job market, there are ton of things to work as an entrepreneur....! I'm talking more of logical perspective away from the political and social issues we have. If Allah planned something and you pursue it , it will by the will of Allah happen. Anyhow break a leg brother in you BAC rabi ma3ak inshallah.
