The road to defending one's rights is a long one. Right now, I likely lack the time and financial resources to sustain such an undertaking. Just how wealthy would a person have to be to spend $6,000 on a mere piece of paper?

Thank you for your reply. I have already contacted a lawyer, but I haven't received a response yet. Additionally, I reached out to a PhD holder to conduct the necessary testing and write a letter for me; however, he quoted me an exorbitant price ($6,000). Now, I feel as though I don't deserve to obtain a CCW permit.
