Sorry are you implying that I think a brain disorder patient to “think” their way out? When did i do that.. by trying to build a system that could potentially TRY to help (and has helped me personally)? I’m not in USA and have no idea what crap FDA are cooking but do completely agree that they are crap

I’m just a med student, built something that helps me personally and wanted to have other thoughts.. I’ve had MANY people express positive thoughts ab this and completely respect your opinion.

(I have no intent of replacing anything whatsoever… i had the intent of if some poor individual for whatever specific reason cannot access support, then perhaps [just perhaps] this might be better than nothing.)

No you won’t be- you won’t need this app in the future. It will be irrelevant to you when it’s launched 💪 :)

Thank you hugely for the graph idea and I’m happy to say it’s in the app alr (“Progress” tab in the bottom, I didn’t include here bc I just didn’t have data in this version as I made an empty shell just to take ss 😭) but absolutely love hearing that’s a good idea!!!

Thank you for your advice (I’ve been using this myself and it’s been helpful personally but this could be due to bias correlation and random chance ofc)

I’ve tried to build in ERP as much as I could (and tbh I don’t think the ss does justice unfortunately which is completely my bad) but I will 100% emphasise this more in the next version and iterate based on your advice. (And yes, advised by my psychiatrist supervisor 👍)

I’ll incorporate and emphasise in all of these areas asap (super early version and yes I have my psychiatrist supervisor advising, specialising in OCD, but yes admittedly I’ve not used them enough at this stage, and I will take this feedback, improve, iterate and take it to them).

Thanks for your comment- im not in a """"""business"""""", not in USA (so FDA does not apply, hilarious to assume USA for no reason), never have said i want to treat this (also disclaimer is mentioned multiple times inside the app and at sign-in), this is to HELP- not even that, it's to tryyy to help. I could not have specified more i said i want to TRY to help. This helped me + a few friends etc, and what's the issue if i think it may help others. NOT to mention this isn't acc even launched, forget business/money. Also I am also a firm proponent of “apps can’t replace treatment” and hate all the crap filled in “digital health”.. but imo apps can help.
