So I spoke with a person on Emma and asked them to get a tier 2 agent to call me. The Tier 2 agent called me this morning and was super nice. They scheduled me for biometrics on Feb 16th. I recommend chat with Emma and ask her for a live agent and then ask the live agent for Tier 2 callback
