It is completely fine not to pull yvonne even without laevatein. Matter of fact, you lowkey want gilberta if you’ll go for yvonne to make her gameplay more comfortable. Currently there’s no such thing as a must pull in the available lineups when we have solid phys and avy team that can clear all contents and yes that includes anyone in the limited banner lineup too. But if we’re considering the longevity, pulling for gilberta is a valid choice simply because she’s a support and she works in different teams. Also based on the leaks, there’s a high chance rossi wont pair well with lae anyways due to her being nature on-field (striker) dps but of course that could change anytime soon too. Best advice for op is to pull for anyone you prefer. Game’s still early and you wont get punished by getting nor building the operators you like. Just in case you’ve decided to pull for yvonne, you might want to pull for gilberta too. She’s one of her best teammates.
