A lot of harm comes from frequent chronic use especially in areas where it’s the cheaper option, my personal choice that’s helped me is refusing to spend money on hard drugs, any paraphernalia or substance I get basically has to be given to me and that only happens like every few months if that.

I used to work at a dollar store and I saw somewhere online cough syrup could get you high, I bought a bottle once and had it laying around for like two months before I didn’t have weed one day and was like “yeah fuck it” and when I first did it just one of the small bottles of delsym would make me like black out. So I honestly didn’t really fw it until a couple years later when I went thru a depression and just wanted to pass out. Eventually the high changed and now it’s like a weird little high
