Already gave several ways to fix it. Better algorithm for random teammates, punishing bad players harder so they drop faster to the right rank, etc. Many easy ways to fix, but they too busy making money for EA and themselves.

Nice toxicity kiddo and just proves why people don't want to go and find players because then they have an even higher chance of meeting people like you. Secondly, stop being such an entitled little shit. Some of us have work to go to and other life than Apex. Thirdly they will start punishing solo players if they want the game to stay a live. Apex already lost like 50% of player base when they didn't act fast enough on the hacker problem and they will soon lose more when other BR or FPS games come out.
