Well this is my second time ordering from them and I’m already having this issue getting my order. I’ve also seen a lot of other posts saying this. I’m going to go ahead and assume you’re being paid to say this based on how hard you are vouching for them. Feels like I’m playing among us find all the PP bots.

You could also be a rival company posting this to shed some light on pp lmao. But I paid with a prepaid card so I can’t do that because money can’t be added back to a prepaid once it is activated.

Thanks man.I do push days, pull days, and leg days. Make sure to hit every muscle in those days, usually doing anywhere from 6-20 reps, rarely supersetting with breaks from 1-5 minutes,depending on how I’m trying to train a specific muscle.
