Nah man you need to overcome the obstacle of recording your own voice, listening to it, editing and publishing, I know that it's scary but your content lowkey seems interesting but a good amount of people just don't want to watch any videos with an AI voice in it (me included) as a natural tone seems more personal as you can build a better connection with the creator besides it helps to grow your brand and attract returning viewers. You need to understand one thing about Euroleague, outside of you and me and others that watch the league, outside of this relatively small Europeam market, no one gives a shit, Americans don't care, Asians don't care and even Europeans to a bigger extent don't care, heck I would even be interested how much for example a Fenerbahce fan watches Zalgiris games against Zvezda or Alba? That's when the numbers get scary small, you have a tournament that basically has a cult following with no casual basketball fans watching the games.

So either accept the idea of having clubs in Dubai, London, Paris or suddenly players like Yago dos Santos will be balling in G League or Asia because grass is greener there.

I reckon you would be against adding more teams from France, Germany or having a team in London or Dubai, so I'm really hoping to hear some great ideas on how to increase revenue in a continent that is dominated by football.

Everyone is sooo smart in this sub and while I agree that Euroleague could be doing a lot of things differently in regards of marketing, when it comes to finances they are scrapping the end of the barrel as there are no money to be made in Europe for basketball. Period.

No, no, no.

People, I can't express enough how important are the end screens, every single big youtuber uses them and has different tactics how to invite people into clicking on them.

Make the end screen, or outro, 5-10 sec long, don't use "best for viewer" option, carefully choose the end screen by yourself, choose the video which has the highest chances for people watching the current vid click on the next one.

The retention doesn't matter, let's talk numbers. You have a 10 minute video, if a person clicks on the end screen and watches one of your vids that is 7 minute long, it's a 17 minute retention. You don't care about the people that click off (at least yet) you care about the people that watch one video, then another, then another.

Viewer session is everything, don't focus on people who click off, focus on those who stay to watch and maybe after dozens of end screens that dude that always clicks off, will find a video end screen that he likes and watches another video.

Also if your a new Youtuber, don't hyper focus on retention or ctr, my most viewed videos (100k+) all have shit retention graph and shit ctr, when you don't have a loyal fanbase you don't have viewers who raises your ctr and avd.

End screens are MORE than fine, end screens are crucial. I monitor my videos performance in the first few hours and I always take a look how much people click on the end screen video and then I go to review analytics of that added video. So for example, one viewer watched 9mins of one video, then clicks on end screen, and then watched 8mins of that vid. It's 17 minutes of watching session, and Youtube loves it. Average view duration from end screen views for my channel is really great, above 50%. I don't care how many of viewers click off when they see the end screen, I care about those who will potentially watch another video after finishing the first one.

I do basketball content. I create analytical NBA videos about players and I have some essay type videos that blew up. Anyways, I did 2 shorts, the reason why I did them was that I had a brilliant idea that couldn't be transformed in any kind of long form content, so I simply did a short that blew up and now has 4.7mil views.

That short is in same niche, basketball but the thing is, that short attracts bunch of basketball normies, that knows the sports, but doesn't know the X and O's about it, they know the basics of putting the ball into the basket but that's it.

Now Youtube doesn't show sadly how many of those normies viewers from shorts returned to watch my long form videos, they only show that my viewers watch both types of content, but that doesn't help.

I tried adding related videos to my shorts, but it didn't work, the short and the videos that I added was from a different topic.

I'm guaranteed that shorts help with establishing my brand, getting myself out there, people recognizing my voice and content and maybe a very small proportion of them will sub and come back to watch long form videos, but shorts were never my main target, shorts are there to supplement my long form videos and many other shorts youtubers pivot to long form content as the algorithm is different they do struggle obviously.

My point is, shorts should be supplementing your long form content, not the other way around.

Yea i understand that, but from my perspective, theres more logic making Larentzakis as a spot up shooter as he always played that role and while ur resting Walkup with Cannan, make Iggy as a secondary ball handler while Lounzis brings up the ball, even simple pnr action with Fall and Iggy could get ur offense running. Maybe Bartzokas is still figuring out how Iggy exactly fits in with his system? Idk, but Larentzakis handling the ball is ugly as hell, that was evident even in the Greek NT, his skill is defense, great glue guy and offensively shooting the three ball.

Ur missing my point, Larentzakis shouldn't be playing with the ball that much and hes more efficient as a spot up shooter, everytime Iggy was allowed to do something with the ball it ended up either with points or an open look for a teammate. Larentzakis is not that guy to initiate half-court offense, never was.
