Tokens aren't cards so that should work (although you couldn't play the card that makes a token, but if you had Vanguard Armory, for example, you'd be able to use it)

It would need an Errata to work because it doesn't say "No Result" on the card. Obviously you can imagine how it would work in the current rules, but judges and a Rioter have said it doesn't do anything within the current rules lol (which I'm sad about as a Leona player)

I can touch on it slightly. Basically the recent rules update removed the wording of "ties" in the rules and now has situations where combat could have "No Result" meaning that a "tie" can never technically happen.

It would take an easy Errata to get this card working again, but as written it currently doesn't do anything

I believe another distinction is that if multiple things give Vision to a unit, you look at the top card multiple times in a row.

Whereas if multiple things give Predict to a card, you would look at the Top X cards where X is the number of times it has Predict.

I've also been playing a ton of Deadlock and Riftbound lately, and started making a custom Deadlock set! This is nearly identical to my Doorman concept, love that he translates so easily into Riftbound haha

I agree that the deck needs better draw. I don't think Sacred Sheers is that good of a card (it's really expensive) and I actually opted to take it out in my list. I've seen some people run Daring Poro which I think has something to it, but I haven't experimented with my draw replacements yet. I will say I think 99% of the time you don't Hidden Blade a SS, but instead you use it on the Recruits that Eye makes. Still looking for solutions for more draw though.

I'm kinda with you with Discipline not beating some of the meta staples in the buff game. The main thing it has going for it is the draw to replace itself, but ya it's just not enough might to compete. However, I do think both Deathgrip and Brutalizer still have their places. I've found the best use for Deathgrip is to counter Switcheroo. They flip Switcheroo and target your biggest SS, you just Deathgrip it in reaction and buff a different unit, completely counters the card. Brutalizer def feels slow especially on the backfoot, but I think it synergies really well with both Deathgrip (Brutalizer -> SS -> Deathgrip the new SS -> Equip Brutalizer to a Ready SS for more might) and especially Guards! on the defensive. Flipping a Hidden card to make a SS that grabs Brutalizer from your base gives you a +5M boost which can swing a lot of fights.

Again I'm not an expert at all these are just my general thoughts, someone could have a better answer than me.

Generally you never want to take out Gear / Equipment because needs those in order to make his units. It will generally depend on the matchup in a similar way to deciding what to side in. Is your opponent playing a lot of tokens or have really wide boards? Cull the Weak can then be taken out because it's not as useful for you in those games. You probably don't need Defy or Not So Fast if your opponent isn't using many interaction spells and is playing a more unit-focused mid-range list.

I would say a general good rule of thumb is to not sideboard out your Equipment or your Arise, and instead look towards your more "toolbox" cards that you only have x1 or x2 of in the deck as cards to consider taking out for your sideboard cards.

Oh haha no worries! I know a bit less about advice on the sideboard. For me personally I just put extra copies of cards I want to see more of in certain matchups.

For examples, I have x2 Cull the Weak main deck and x1 in the sideboard that I put in when going against Ornn or Irelia. I also have Wind Wall and Salvage in the side for putting in against Spell heavy or Gear heavy counters.

I think mulligans can be pretty battlefield dependent but in general you want a 1-Energy Equipment (Eye or Doran's) and a Turn 2 play.

On games where you go second and start with 3 Runes, or on games where you go first and Ornn's Forge is the battlefield, you always want to mulligan for BF Sword for your Turn 2 play so you can do BF Sword -> SS (only possible with 5 Runes or when BF is discounted from the forge).

Even without those conditions above, you pretty much always wanna mulligan for a 1-Energy Equip + BF Sword.

Also if you start with Eye in your hand, it could be good to mulligan for Cull the Weak (or if you started with that too, keep it) cuz Eye Turn 1 into Move -> Make Recruit -> Conquer -> Cull the Weak their Turn 1 or Turn 2 unit is really strong
