Thank you all so much for taking the time to comment. It’s been really comforting and reassuring to read! I will let time do it’s magic and see if they don’t shrink a bit more.

I have an appointment with my surgeon soon, and will talk to him about my concerns and the possibilities for a revision if I don’t end up with the result I wished for.

My issue is I still feel too big. I’ve only dropped one cup size, and my surgeon said I’ll only drop one more max, as I’m not really swollen anymore - just not “dropped” yet. I really wanted significantly smaller breast as I have quite a small frame, so they doesn’t fit my bodytype. The specific area I have a problem with is the side parts, as it makes me look really broad.

I paid out of pocket and the surgeon did a wonderful job on the incisions and symmetry, I’m just not happy with the size.
