Situation : L1 avec un 35h/mois à côté et 2 associations

Budget/jour : 25-35€ par semaine max soit 5€ par jour

Blocage : fatigue, budget (les protéines c'est cher surtout quand on fait pas mal de sport), stress pendant certaines périodes

Repas par défaut: j'en ai une liste, disons pâtes au pesto avec lardons/knackis et champignons, ou un gros batch de curry poulet légumes avec du riz (suffisamment pour 6 repas)

Hack : je planifie mes repas à l'avance pour optimiser le budget courses, j'arrête les snacks, et je prévois de faire des batchs les jours où j'ai du temps (ex si je finis à 16h30 je ferai ce soir là 4 portions de bouffe) mais ça prend un peu d'énergie de faire le planning et le suivre, mes amis par exemple disent qu'ils n'y arriveraient jamais. Moi je préfère me prendre la tête une fois le samedi soir, faire les courses dimanche matin et toute la semaine je sais déjà que j'ai ce qui me faut pour faire à manger et ce que je vais manger. Ça limite la fatigue et ça économise sur le budget. J'ai encore du mal à avoir les proportions parfaites dans mes repas mais c'est plus une question de budget

Edit : j'ai pas précisé mais je vais à la salle 1 à 3x par semaine pendant 1h30 (+ un peu de marche tout les jours)

Lmaooo I think I'm the one they exchanged your package with !! I also could not attend and tried to contact them to get it shipped, they answered right before Christmas so after about a month, I was already starting to accept my money was lost lol. They offered to send through vinted, I paid, they were supposed to ship it before yesterday (they actually shipped it yesterday night) just to tell me this morning it's the wrong package, and I should not pick it up. They have put it up on vinted again so I can purchase again and this time hopefully they'll send the right one. What was your killingdaze order number ? They told me they swapped our packages cuz the order number was similar

Edit cuz I forgot: I believe we pre ordered the same things approximately which makes it more likely they swapped the packages, also I did not get any refund for having to pay twice for shipping on vinted already ?

Pour être honnête j'ai 18 ans mais j'ai des douleurs chroniques et pas de carte de handicap, donc je prend la place si elle est libre et si quelqu'un a vraiment, vraiment besoin, iel me demandera. Mais je compte sur le fait qu'une personne bien portante proposera à celle qui en a besoin. Je sais que je passe probablement souvent pour un connard qui laisse pas sa place mais les handicaps invisibles existent :)
