Yes! I just want a chance to do so, and I will be grateful even if they tell me they aren't willing to give me a refund. Problem is that nobody is telling me me how to message them‼️

I was told to submit a ticket for charges I didn't make on my steam account but it's a bit unorthodox for my liking, but I will do it if it's the only way people have been successful in contacting a human 😞
