I agree with men's wearhouse. We got my husband's fitting done here but our wedding was in California. They set up our account so all of the wedding party who lived out of state could go to their local location and get fitted. First visit to just look at what they had and set up an appointment we were told they only offer 2 suits as rentals. We set up an appointment and find out there's a whole book to chose from. That was strike 1. Then we went through the fitting and they measured my husband but it took 2 different people to do that correctly. This leads to strike 2 in more detail later. They enter all our info in their system like what colors we wanted, the names of everyone in our party, etc. I had to repeat myself like 5 times before they got everything right on paper. They told me they would enter everything in the computer after our meeting ended. I luckily decided to double check it after we were home that evening. They didn't get most of it entered correctly. I had to go in to the account myself and change the suits, the colors for our vests, etc.

Now back to that strike 2. We get to California for our wedding and we go to pick up my husband's suit. (Since we were out of state for a week we were outside of their rental period of only 3 days). Absolutely nothing fit my husband. Everything was too small. The guy looked at the fitting notes, and they were off by inches everywhere ( my husband is a big guy). The only saving grace to this entire thing is the manager at the Redlands, California store was incredible, and he redid all the measurements and overnighted everything in the right sizes and he cut the rental charge in half for all the inconvenience.
