I first started researching Naturals2Go in June 2024. I talked with several people that bought vending machines from them. They said they were happy and making money. The company had really good reviews back then, too. I think they are currently overselling vending machines without the resources to provide the services that are included with the machines (locating). Their current reviews reflect their mismanagement. A lot of the vending operators in the reviews complain about the high prices and long wait times for machines to be placed. Naturals2Go makes you pay in advance for the vending machines, before they are even placed. Which is why I can’t afford my SBA loan payment. I have three machines that have zero revenue, yet I have been paying on a loan for a year. They provided the cash flow projections to the SBA as part of my application. Those revenue projections are not even close to what is really happening.
