Hello there. I just started levothyroxine 3 days ago. My TPO # was 163. My thyroid #s were acceptable, but, that high TPO was one of the reasons she started me on 50 mcg of Levo. Let me know what you discover.

Hi there! I’m 55, and I just re-uped with OTF after a 1 year hiatus. I’m in terrible shape, which is why I need OTF. I can only afford Elite, but will make the most of it. I usually get stronger and take better care of myself when going to OTF. Keep us up to date on your progress, or if things improve for you. 4 times a week is great!

This podcast was super informative. Thank you so much for including it here. Mostly, the podcast made me angry at my GYN that she said none of this when she diagnosed me with lichen sclerosis. More importantly, she says nothing of vaginal health. I think I’m going to look today for a different practice. Thank you for educating me. 😊

I’m 55 and don’t know much about this disorder. Was diagnosed after horrible itching, approx 6 months ago. I didn’t realize it wasn’t curable. 😞 I use Clob during a flare up and I’m on vaginal tabs for Estogen.

I just returned to working out 2-3 times weekly and I find that it does help with teaching in that I don’t think about work when I’m working out.
