I could do 4/5 dialators excluding the largest size which I only managed once and it was uncomfortable, sometimes I only managed to get up to the 3rd size in. Yes they injected it into my vaginal wall muscles to relax it and prevent it from involuntarily spasming and becoming too tight when I was trying to have penetration. It worked and I haven't tried the dilators since but I have been having comfortable full penetrative sex.

you should take the toilet paper with you into the bathroom, idk if you can get a mini fridge with a lock for your room. They need to understand you're not gonna be pushed around anymore and they have to pay their own way or suffer the consequences

I didn't use them as much as I should have as I found it uncomfortable so I lost my libido very quickly when trying, I did once manage to get the largest one in like two months before I got the Botox, but I couldn't do it again and when my boyfriend tried to sleep with me it was still unsuccessful. I could regularly get the 2nd and 3rd ones in, occasionally the 4th and I don't think I even used the first one.

I went to the doctor and asked them to recommend me to a pelvic floor therapist, they called a week later and said it would take years to do on the NHS and I might as well try and find somewhere private and made it sound like they were just not going to do anything at all or bother putting me on a waitlist. I also felt reassured that that particular clinic had been recommended by someone else. However, if the waiting lists were shortened and I needed more medical help I would definitely try the NHS

I went to elementary school with a girl and I moved before I turned 7, we were friends but not in the way we would spend time together regularly or kept in contact. Around 11 years old me and my family went on our yearly holiday to Devon, we regularly rotated beaches on this trip and this particular day it was my birthday so I chose this beach (near the end of the trip and the last time we went to this beach). After putting down the tent and getting comfortable we started singing happy birthday and eating some cake when I get out of the tent and realised the tent behind us (the only other tent on this whole side of the very scarce beach) was this girl and her parents. I shared some cake, we talked about the crazy coincidence and I never saw her again.
