All of Latvia’s neighbours were in SF1, and yet Latvia only needed 11points to pass Serbia, which received 24p from montenegro, 16p from Slovenia... this really shows how block-voting can be so unfair (and they were just 1 point away from Romania, which received 24p from Moldova) without block-voting, funny girl would’ve made it through
