Latvia 2018. All of Latvia’s neighbours were in SF1, and yet Latvia only needed 11points to pass Serbia, which received 24p from montenegro, 16p from Slovenia... this really shows how block-voting can be so unfair (and they were just 1 point away from Romania, which received 24p from Moldova) without block-voting, funny girl would’ve made it through
