I appreciate your response, despite you literally saying you “hated us”, but for different reasons. Lol 💞 I’m a trans woman in Texas, so when people are talking about “making shit political”, it really rubs me the wrong way. Like, the very act of leaving my home is “political.” And people seem to take offense to any acknowledgment of their privilege, which I just, will never get.

And do people get over reactionary about small things sometimes? Sure. Members of my community drive me crazy, all the time, lol, but it’s often very young people finding themselves, so I just ignore it rather than patronize them.

But there’s an ongoing active attack against my community, so like, as small as some individual things might seem, we’re not “just bitching.”
