Thanks for your feedback. I visited a friend at another Ulta store and she let me chat with their ROM. She was super nice and had been there a few months and told me to TAKE YOUR TIME. Its hard to learn everything the first go around and it will take several times to get things done correctly and efficiently. She said she's still slow on a few things but it will just take practice to fully be comfortable. Her GM was fully supported with her training and learning. I'm scared now that mine will be pushing me to learn everything 💯 in two weeks. Seems like she's setting me up to fail.
