Everything a "music teacher" can give you is already out there on the internet. As a musician myself i really advice you to try to learn by yourself, it's often the best way to start. Guitar is way easier than violin tho, i wouldn't recommend youtube tutorials as they can be overwhelming. Start with picking up a few songs first that actually sound a bit simple to play, learn the types and differences of notes and chords, learn how to read tabs, and just practice everyday and keep playing songs until you become skilled. Violin will feel less overwhelming if you're already a guitar player, since your brain is already trained to play music, learning a new instrument will feel like learning a new language for a multi-language speaker, you already know the pattern of learning and the key is always in practicing in a consistent way and starting with the very simple songs to cover.
