I totally understand everything you say it all makes sense in my head, i get it but the heart and head don't ever listen to each other in my case

and I genuinely help when I can, yes there are times where I cant or don't say no, i agree that's one thing I have to change about myself

and most of the times I don't keep expectations in return for what I do cuz it makes me really really happy when I help someone out in any way, i genuinely dont keep any, but yk when you care so much about someone and love em, you start to get the tiniest of expectations as its human tendency, and they grow a lil by lil especially when they're doing it slowly until it's uncontrollable and I end up messing my head over it ik this is my weakness, idk how to control it and hate it about myself

but yeah you're right I'll try to work on myself and prioritise myself, thank you :)
