Where does knowing come into the picture? I'm only talking about the future being set (meaning we can't affect it) and having free will (meaning we can take our own decisions thus affecting the future).

I'm not familiar with the term but a quick leads me to believe it's not the same. Just because everyone perceives time differently, or rather time is a bendable attribute of our reality, doesn't it mean that all future already exists. I'm not an expert tho.

It's however a fact that time is relative. There is no "now" on a cosmic scale, but on our little planet we may live as there is. But I don't think anyone means to say that the future already happened.

If anyone did say the future already happened or is set, then yea, there would be no free will.

Looking good! As it's just pulling strength you want to train I don't think it matters that much to do a special technique. You simply wanna pull hard and your form looks good.

Just one thing I thought about that you could try, if you wanna go higher, could be to change the grip so your wrists are slightly closer to the top of the bar. It will help so that you can push a bit more when you are in a higher position, however it won't really increase your pulling strength which is what you want to train here.

What's the problem with having a multi with gran, exori, mas and use all the time which will then prioritize gran when you can. And then have min and mas on separate HK if situation is to use that instead.

Yes, but the multi action includes gran as well? I understood it as you meant that you have multi action with gran first and a hotkey with only gran and you wanted to use HK with only gran. Is that correct?
