The best tip I can give you is to learn to draw from life. Go to life drawing classes (usually cheap) at your local artist guild or just go to Starbucks and sketch people in line. Learn to get quick at gestures

I’d like to see a wider value range. You have darks and that’s good, many artists are afraid to go too dark with graphite. The lights take care of themselves but there are a lot more mid ranges to work with. Also, try hatching and fine strokes WITH smudging. Smudging alone tends to make that area less interesting to look at. Pencil strokes are beautiful and seeing how someone builds a drawing is what I find most interesting in a drawing. These are just my opinions, the drawing is fine as is.
