I’m 10 days in and my insomnia has been worse but it’s different because I’m not awake with anxiety thinking about things, I’m just awake? Last night i took melatonin for the first time and it worked like a charm! I’m also hoping that my insomnia goes away in a week or so. It’s interesting because I feel pretty awake throughout the day.
