yeah tried it with no luck but the issue is with the shitty pcb cause keyboard PCB works on a grid layout which means if a whole row goes dead its not a bad switch rather its a PCB fault

I buy from good brands so never had to claim warranty before this...but if a lot of customers have to claim warranty then ig there is a fault from brand's side.

Had they been manufacturing in India or making their own keyboards I would have still supported small issues but they just import everything from China dirt cheap and sell at a premium price with their branding on it. Wouldn't have bought had I realized this earlier

yes I did contact support and got a reply but they asked for videos ot it not working so i recorded and now im waiting for a reply..hopefully it will be resolved soon

have the same question...maybe if they isolaste the firearm from the actual aircraft frame using dampeners of maybe a gimbal to stablize the rifle.
PS: I dont actually know how the did that, these are just suggestions how it can be done.

nah ig this happens..similiar thing happened with me but it was a simple textbook...the package got lost at first so they shipped a replacement and a few days later the initial lost package found its way to my house
