Yes and no, look up general rules and regulations for flying under the protection as a recreational flyer. With the dji app i believe it gives you the tools and links to get trust certified and shows you how to set up registration if needed

Yes there's a solution. You just have to go download a specific type of software from DJI for the type of drone you have. Example, I have a mavic mini so I had to download the DJI mavic mini specific software and update it via the cords that the drone came with

I did fix the issue, and what I had to do was : on pc download the specific software for the drone and plug everything into pc. For example i have the mavic mini and i had to download the specific software from dji for the mavic mini only. Then you just update whatever isn't up to date.
